Probe 1.1 / Netwatch Probe (NET Software)

Both report a targeted runner's own deck statistics back to you:

    run Probe 1.1 <runner>
    run Netwatch Probe <runner>

Probe 1.1 does this quietly -- the target is never told. Netwatch
Probe reports the same information, but also alerts the target that
they were probed.
