Gothix FractalArmor 1.0 (NET Software)

A dynamic shield -- its Shield Factor is not a fixed number, but
depends on your own Hacking skill and current condition:

    run Gothix FractalArmor 1.0
    halt Gothix FractalArmor 1.0

It REQUIRES both a Shield Co-Processor and a Neural Co-Processor
physically installed in your deck at the same time -- missing either
one, it refuses to boot at all.

Its Rated Shield Factor is computed fresh every time you boot it, and
stays fixed until you halt and reboot it again -- combat damage only
ever lowers your CURRENT value, never the Rated ceiling. Like any
other primary shield, only one primary shield may be active at once.
