Remote Data Vault (NET)

Some hosts have a Data Vault area -- separate remote storage,
independent of your own cyberdeck's local storage.

While physically present in a host's Data Vault area, and
authenticated to that host:

    remote

lists the files currently stored there, each with its own remote file
number -- a completely separate numbering namespace from your local
deck's own file numbers.

    download <remote file#>

copies a file from the Data Vault onto your cyberdeck. The remote
copy is never removed.

    upload <local file#>

copies a file from your cyberdeck into the Data Vault. Your local
copy is never removed.

Downloaded software is only stored -- it never automatically runs.

This is a completely separate mechanic from RepoWarez/MirrorSofts
same-deck copying (see help software copying) -- the Data Vault
never appears in your local help directory, and local copying
never touches remote storage.
